RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY AT CAIRO-ALEXANDRIA DESERT ROAD

EAS invited to provide master planning and architectural design for residential community located at Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Egypt.

The total plot area is 502,920 sq.m. The design of the community offers variety of the residential types such as twin villa, townhouse, duplex, apartments and penthouse as it consists of 245 residential plots including 1,356 residential units in total.

It also has amenities such as retail area, mosque, clinic, and nursery. The master planning design provides green area and open spaces present 50% of total plot area.
